I have owned Villa Santoro for 5 years and marketed and grown its’ rental and that of friend’s properties nearby very successfully. I have chosen to make my knowledge and expertise about property and the region of Puglia available to others, owning and looking for properties to rent and for sale in the region.
I shall be offering a carefully and personally chosen selection of some of the very finest luxury holiday homes available for rent in Puglia. These range from the sybarytic to the self indulgent….that may seem a narrow brief, but why lower your expectations?!… however at the same time I never lose sight of the natural beauty and “down to earth” reality of the landscape and superlative food and wine that are the glory of Puglia.
This is very much a work in progress. I shall also in due and very short course be sourcing the finest properties available for sale in the region working with the best agents and sourcing privately. There is nothing worse, as a potential buyer, having to trawl through endless unfiltered, entirely unsuitable properties. I will endeavour to take this annoyance off your hands.
